Tarang Tripathi

Tarang brings a practitioner-scholar lens to this evaluation. Educated at the University of Delhi and the University of Sussex, and now a PhD candidate in Education at UC San Diego, he studies teacher agency and networks with a focus on equity and inclusion. His work on environmental stressors, including a 2022 ECER presentation on SMOG in Delhi schools, and his teaching on Climate Justice and Social Impact at UCSD, ground his approach to resilience.
As Evaluation Lead, Tarang will align questions, indicators, and analysis; steer a convergent mixed-methods design incorporating multilevel models; strengthen QA, safeguarding, and ethics; and convene schools, families, and employers to ensure vocational exposure translates into learning, gender equity, and career readiness. His leadership will ensure the study remains rigorous, usable, and aligned with the NEP and NCF.
