Yajur Dolwani is an emerging research-practitioner and serves as the Senior Manager of Operations and Content for Aawaaz. A graduate in English literature, interested in exploring the intersections between teaching soft skills and research. He has assisted in data collection and assimilation for Socionomy, a research project backed by UCSD and Columbia University, and co-authored papers submitted in the UK(BAICE and UKFIET). He continues to aid the research initiatives taken by Aawaaz to localise, diversify, and improve learning mechanisms in Indian schools.
